White Pass is currently seeking qualified individuals for the following positions in Carcross for the 2007 Season:
Early May to end of September.

Ticket Agent/Retail Clerk (2)

Duties

• Reservations & Ticketing
• Customer Service
• Cash handling
• Use of electronic point of sale system
• Processing sales
• Assisting customers with purchases
• Merchandising -- price, stock and display retail items

 

Skills

• Applicants should be friendly, reliable and enjoy working in a team setting
• Good computer skills including word processing and internet/e-mail experience
• Exceptional phone skills
• All ticket agents must be knowledgeable of our product offerings as well as general interest questions customers may have
  about our company.
• Outstanding communication skills

 

Compensation

• Depending on Experience
