2007 White Pass & Yukon Route Calendar
Unveiled
SKAGWAY, AK — Carrying on a century old tradition, White Pass & Yukon Route (WP&YR) has again produced a stunning 24" X 36" wall calendar for 2007.
For the feature image, WP&YR again commissioned renowned railway artist J. Craig Thorpe, who created "RETURN TO CARCROSS" to celebrate the return of scheduled train service into Carcross Yukon in 2007. The image depicts Train #2 crossing the Nares River bridge to a farewell from members of the Carcross/Tagish First Nation.
WP&YR will be distributing its calendar to tour companies, travel agents and industry partners and the calendar will be available for sale on-line for $9.95 or call 1-800-343-7373.
